Lease Details

Our home is so special to us and we are excited to share it with the right short term tenant July 1 - Nov 1, 2024.

Our 2,000sq ft two bedroom, 3 bathroom, airy loft short term rental will come fully furnished (because we are moving back in) and our expectation is that you treat our home with care and respect.

In addition to the above your rent will include utilities (we have 2 mini - splits for perfect air conditioning and climate control) and internet.

COST: $3,200 / month
First & damage deposit required upon signing of lease

What we request of you - review and signing of a short term, comprehensive, agreement that acknowledges you are aware we are moving back in in November.

Well behaved pets could be considered for an additional fee.
